Congratulations to Valerie Hainley, instructional designer at Imedia.it, Inc. for being selected as the winner by the attendees of the eLearning DemoFest in the SCORM category. Over half of the forty-nine entries were SCORM conformant.

“Tactical Questioning” was designed and developed to provide training for U.S. soldiers being deployed to the Middle East. Soldiers have the potential to gather valuable information while on patrol. In order to do this, they need an understanding of the people in the environment, good observational skills, and an understanding of how to ask questions of the individuals they come in contact with. The Tactical Questioning IMI course prepares soldiers to do this. The Army needed a Web-based product that could train from anywhere in the world. The course took approximately twelve months to complete.
