The genesis for this course was born out of a need to inform non-technical training and education experts, well, experts in other things, what in the world all this buzz was regarding the Sharable Content Object Reference Model or the SCORM.

First, the SCORM is not like the Borg. You have little need to fear, at this time, that learning a little technical knowledge is going to result in a pocket protector growing out of your chest.

The primary objective of this course is to, in an engaging and enjoyable manner, provide the learner with enough information to be dangerous. Just dangerous enough that they may venture into the developer's suite (which they likely manage) and have a meaningful conversation versus experiencing that all-to-often glazed-over look when the "1's and 0's" talk begins.
