This area was established to discuss the DoD's policies and procedures in implementing certain provisions of the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative. While this has a DoD focus, there are clearly issues involving SCORM, content packages, digital object registries, and the ADL-Registry that apply universally.
